Sloped and vaulted ceilings

Each room corner can have its own ceiling height. Use it for sloped roofs, vaulted ceilings, and shed roofs.

Step by step

    Select the room

    Click in an empty area inside the room. Inspector shows room properties.

    Open Edit Ceiling Heights

    Inspector → Edit Ceiling Heights. Each room corner gets a numeric height field.

    Set heights per corner

    Type a height for each corner. Adjacent corners with different heights produce slopes between them. Example — shed roof: Two corners at 8 feet, two corners at 12 feet. Ceiling slopes from low side to high side.

    Verify in 3D

    Switch to 3D View. The ceiling renders with the slope you specified.
