Great support is the heart of Room Sketch 3D. We read every message that comes through — questions, bug reports, feature requests, and feedback — and we reach out to help you solve problems. You're never on your own here.

Open Support from the top bar of the editor and pick the kind of message you're sending. Each type has a short form. Prefer email? Write to roomsketch3d@immex.tech any time.

    Ask a question

    Stuck on how to do something, or not sure where a setting is? Choose the Question tab and ask anything. Optionally attach the design you're working on for context and add screenshots. Tick OK to email me so we can follow up — then Submit. We'll get back to you.

    Report a bug

    Something broken or wrong? Choose Bug and describe the problem, what you expected, and how to reproduce it. Attach the affected design and a screenshot if you can — it helps us fix it fast. We'll email you when it's resolved.

    Request a feature

    Have an idea? Choose Feature and describe what you'd like to see and how it would help you. Real requests from real users genuinely shape what we build next.

    Give feedback

    Choose Feedback to tell us what's working and what isn't — optionally with a star rating. Every piece of feedback is read and helps shape what gets built. And if the app has helped you, a quick public review on the App Store or Play Store makes a real difference to a small, focused team.

Yes. If you tick “OK to email me,” we'll email you when something you reported is resolved. Your past submissions are listed in the Support window too.
