Step by step

  1. 1

    Export PNG with print settings

Top bar → Export → PNG. In the dialog: - Monochrome = on (architectural look, prints cleanly) - Show measurements = on - Show labels = on - Show room tints = off (uses ink) - Show grid = off (visual clutter on print) Click Export — PNG downloads.

  2. 2

    Print from your browser

Open the PNG in your browser (drag the file into a tab). Ctrl+P / Cmd+P to print. Choose Print to PDF to save as PDF first, or print directly to a connected printer.

  3. 3

    Print from image viewer (Mac/Windows)

Preview (Mac) or Photos (Windows) → File → Print. Set paper size to Letter / A4. Fit to page.

  4. 4

For large plans — scale to multiple pages

Most printer drivers can tile a large image across multiple pages. Look for Poster Print or Tile options in the print dialog.
